Barbell 202
Designed for the athlete that wants to perfect and crush their Olympic lifts. The priority of this class is to continually learn, work and improve the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.  Emphasis on range of motion, technique and relative speed in these big lifts.

  • $25 monthly added to GPP membership or $20 Drop In

  • Add on Barbell 202 and Octane together for $35 per month 

Boxing 101

Train like a boxer... Glove up and learn to strike and box on a  100 lb Throwdown Heavy Bag.  Jumping rope, shadow boxing, core conditioning, good music and tons of sweat.

Get a little more prepared to to protect and defend yourself so you are ready for whatever is thrown at you.  Boxing, Kickboxing, Self Defense and great energy. 


HIIT
​High Intensity Interval Training involves alternating short periods of intense work with less-intense recovery periods.  Great starting point for any athlete at any current level of fitness.  (Rowers, Air Dynes, Med Balls, Dumbells and more)

GPP 

​General Physical Preparedness (GPP) is the foundation that our athletes are built on.  Constantly Varied, Functional Movements, performed at relatively High Intensities is what

you can look forward to.  Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Monostructural Exercise.
